CRC Insurance Services Property Practice Group Leader David Pagoumian

 

Drawing on more than 25 years of sales and leadership experience in the insurance industry, David Pagoumian serves as property practice group leader of CRC Insurance Services' Shrewsbury, New Jersey team. In this role, he is tasked with designing and managing complex property insurance programs. David Pagoumian was given the leadership position in 2015 after CRC Insurance Services purchased NAPCO LLC, which he had guided as CEO since 2008.

As CEO of NAPCO, David Pagoumian provided strategic leadership to all facets of the company and worked with management team members to ensure long-range goals were achieved and in alignment with effective insurance plans and policies. Mr. Pagoumian previously held executive roles with the company such as president and COO as well as senior vice president. He began his career in 1990 as assistant vice president of Tri-City Brokerage, and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from St. John's University. Beyond professional success, he appreciates the importance of building character and believes the best way this can be achieved is by learning through failure and overcoming adversity.
